From hartmannconspiracy.com – We’d respectfully encourage everyone here to sign the petition for Colorado Judicial Discipline Reform sponsored by our friends at the Judicial Integrity Project. It’s quick, not obtrusive, and if you would like to add comments to your signature, you can do that, too. Here’s the link.
Attempting to seek Justice through the Colorado Judicial Discipline Commission often seems futile. Although, I’m jaded in my opinion due to enduring years of harassment and retaliation by corrupt Colorado government officials, statistics indicate that there has not been one instance of a Colorado Judge having been removed from the Bench in over 30 years. As many of my readers know, I attempted to sue my former employers for wages due at the time of termination of my employment. Weld County District Court Chief Judge James F. Hartmann violated my Due Process Rights under C.R.S. 8-4-110(2) of the Colorado Wage Act, according to a December 2015 conference I had with Colorado House Rep. Jonathan Singer. Judge Judge James Hartmann would then spend the next 8 years harassing, terrorizing, and retaliating against me. The Colorado Judicial Discipline Commission, in spite of the irrefutable evidence of unethical conduct and malfeasance by Judge James Hartmann, did nothing.
Our hope is that The Judicial Integrity Project obtains not just transparency of an unquestionably flawed process, but total reform. The Colorado Judicial Discipline Commission is proven to be not merely secretive and/or incompetent; they are a malevolent government agency which ACTIVELY aids, abets, and conceals the nefarious acts of known criminal Judges. James F. Hartmann had provably committed multiple felonies in his concealment of involvement in crime, and provably committed numerous additional crimes in retaliation for my having caught him in commission of those crimes. I suspect many of you have been similarly victimized. Or worse. Let’s band together to stop the injustice.
