Boulder, CO – Weld County Corruption, and The Hartmann Conspiracy announced the addition of a new website launched June 1, 2018: Boulder County Corruption
BoulderCountyCorruption.com joins its sister-sites in focusing on the illegal activities of government actors/agencies linked to a years-long criminal conspiracy initiated by Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann. BoulderCountyCorruption.com focuses specifically on those complicit actors within Boulder County, and the Boulder County Judicial System.
Longmont, CO homeowner Craig Buckley, whom had filed a wage claim lawsuit against his former employers, was the 2012 victim of multiple fraudulent rulings by Judge James Hartmann. Buckley was illegally stripped of his Due Process right, and all evidence necessary to prosecute his wage claim, according to Colorado House Rep. Jonathan Singer. Buckley’s case was “dismissed”, after jurisdiction of the Court was challenged, and Judge James Hartmann flatly refused to enter proof of continuing jurisdiction on the record of the Court. Liens were filed, and wages were garnished: illegally.
Legal analysts have determined that Judge James Hartmann violated Buckley’s rights under the Colorado Wage Act (C.R.S. 8-4-110(2), by “erroneously” misapplying Colorado Workers Compensation law to the ruling, rather than Colorado Labor Law. Citing Workers Compensation law, the employers’ attorney, Broomfield, CO based Daniel T. Goodwin, had fraudulently sworn before the Court, mere hours before Buckley had been commanded (in violation of Discovery Rules) to Appear and Produce by Subpoena Duces Tecum, that the Court did not have jurisdiction over Buckley’s wage claim, because the matter was before the Colorado division of Labor.
Judge James Hartmann’s proven acts of First Degree Perjury, Evidence Tampering, Obstruction, Official Misconduct, and Treason in the years to follow would prove his acts to have been far removed from, “erroneous”.
Evidence obtained from (Fmr.) Colorado Dept. of Labor & Employment Director Ellen Golombek would prove that the employers, and their criminally complicit attorney were also simultaneously swearing to the Colorado Division of Labor that they did not have jurisdiction over the wage claim, because it was before the Court: constituting Class 4 felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, and Fraud Upon the Court.
In a vast oversimplification of facts, tailored specifically for this press release, March 31, 2012 was to mark the beginning of years of incomprehensible suffering inflicted on Buckley and his family for having caught Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann concealing, aiding, abetting, and compounding multiple counts of Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, and Fraud Upon the Court.
Boulder County Authorities entered into the conspiracy, when in July 2013 Buckley’s home was illegally raided by the Weld County District Court, because Buckley had refused to give the deed to his house to the former employers. Ten days later, through an arrest warrant signed by (Fmr.) Boulder DA Stan Garnett, Buckley’s home was again illegally raided and he was incarcerated (and later convicted in a “sham” trial) for ‘retaliation Against a Judge’, for alleged “credible threat” statements he was purported to have made against Hartmann during the first illegal arrest.
Boulder County District Attorney Stan Garnett had been in possession of the evidence of Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, and Fraud Upon the Court, and had been aware of Judge James Hartmann’s criminal complicity two years before raiding Buckley’s home.
In a 2014 interview, David Wymore, attorney for wrongfully convicted Tom Masters, stated that he believed Stan Garnett was prosecuting this “bullshit” case for his “butt-buddy” (Fmr. Weld County DA) Congressman Ken Buck.
Boulder County Corruption seeks to disseminate the truth, as it actually exists on the record of the Court. Numerous falsified articles have been published by disreputable news sources, specifically, the Longmont Times-Call, and the Boulder Daily Camera. “How Boulder County Corruption will evolve depends entirely on the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office, ” stated Craig Buckley. “Stan Garnett is gone, and I have neither the right, nor a given reason to consider his replacement, newly elected Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty, will be as staggeringly corrupt as Garnett.”
